3 Accurate Information

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the krikya11 support team immediately. krikya11 is not responsible for any loss caused by a third party if you have shared your login details with someone else.

1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at krikya11 is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank). Betting or playing games will be available once the payment has been successfully verified and credited to the account.

2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

3 Identity Verification

krikya11 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will remain on hold until the required documents are submitted. This is a standard security measure that applies to all members.

4 Third-Party Accounts Prohibited

Using another person's payment account to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. All transactions must be made through a payment method registered in your own name.

1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at krikya11, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• krikya11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer for valid reasons.

3 VIP Cashback

The krikya11 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier earns cashback on weekly net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. For example, if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

1 General Betting Policy

Once a bet is placed and confirmed at krikya11, it cannot be changed or cancelled. krikya11 reserves the right to review and correct or void any erroneous bets or unusual outcomes caused by technical errors on the platform.

2 Odds and Results

Published odds are subject to change, and the odds at the time a bet is accepted are final. krikya11 relies on reputable third-party data to determine the results of matches or events, and their decisions are considered final.

3 Unfair Activity Prohibited

Exploiting system vulnerabilities, using bots, colluding with others to place bets, or attempting to defraud krikya11 by any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

4 Service Interruptions

Some games or betting markets may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. For bets in progress during such periods, krikya11 will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair resolution.
